Thank you so much for sharing! This was a very helpful article. I haven't been listening to my body lately or maybe I've been listening to it too much 🧐 I notice my body craves sugar but then after I eat it, I have a tendency to crash. I think remembering the food that makes my body feel good is important, not just what it wants in the moment.

That's so wonderful to hear! I like to and feel it as a way to ground my divnity into my body. So when I am feeling like life is becoming difficult to manage, I remember to get into my body.

I so resonate with your words @Stephanie Peers I am going through a challenging time at the moment and the practice helps me find a way back to my heart, helps me gain clarity and somehow strength. I am doing the 11 days challenge with the Life Force Academy at the moment. I have recently subscribed and love it so much!
