What Actually is Karma?
To 'know thyself' and align with our purpose through the wisdom of yogic philosophy - in Layman's terms!
A few day ago, my husband came home and the first thing he said to me was:
“What a day! I feel like the Universe has been testing me a LOT lately!”
I internally rolled my eyes and smiled at him. Instead of opening my mouth, I humbly allowed him to ponder on what he had just said. I realized in that moment, that I am not perfect and I have had these experiences where I think I’m being ‘tested’ way more times than I want to admit.
Here’s the kicker though - we’re actually not being tested. It’s simply an experience we’re creating for ourselves to notice that something is not in alignment.
I consider myself the Queen of karma! I’ve been playing dodgeball with the Universe daily, sometimes more than once a day, and you can assume at this point that I’ve figured some things out!
We make jokes all the time about the Universe throwing us curveballs. As if the Universe is some omniscient force with a bucket of popcorn, playfully pressing buttons and pulling strings for its amusement.
