Happy Sunday! In today’s free post, I share a journal prompt designed to help us establish new beliefs that serve our highest good and break us out of patterns that do not serve us.

Today’s Reflection
What Needs to Be Tended to Will Continue to Ask for Your Attention
Whatever it is that needs your loving attention will continue to attempt to show itself in your day-to-day life until it becomes so uncomfortable or so noticeable that you have no choice but to confront it. This message is especially for mothers, coaches, healers, therapists, and other workers in the caregiver space, but individually, regardless of our roles in the world, we’re feeling this.
You spend a lot of your time caring for others, feeling like it’s your duty to fix things.
But can you let go of the pressure that you must fix everything?
Have you been so busy that you keep ignoring those subtle symptoms you’re experiencing or those intuitive nudges that tell you ‘there’s something you’re not paying enough attention to?’
Your body is the vehicle in which your Higher Self can communicate with you.
Your Higher Self will continue to send you messages through the vehicle of your body to direct your attention to where it needs to go.
It’s easy to get caught up in the business of life, but I can speak on this personally because I have had this happen on several occasions. For me, I tend to push myself so hard until I burn out. And then, I have to learn the hard way that I need to make myself my first priority— always.
It’s easy to assume we’ll be fine or to tell ourselves we are fine when we’re so busy caring for others. But ask yourself if this tendency to help others until burnout stems from a desire to be validated for the good you do.
For many of us, it does.
If you work as a caregiver in the realm of healing and wellness, its easy to create a belief that you are fully healed. We do this in an attempt to maintain bandwith for the work we do for others.
If you are still on this planet, you still have inner work to do.
I have a tendency to do this. I tell myself I am fine, but yet, the same patterns come up again and again until I’m finally ready to examine it.
Just recently, I realized that I’ve been suffering from PTSD, undiagnosed for over a year (more about this in a future newsletter). It took heart pain for me to realize what was happening and finally get serious about addressing the trauma that caused it. I didn’t want to assume I had more healing to do. I was afraid of the amount of work that would be involved in healing the trauma.
We are always expanding, always evolving and the process of integrating our Higher Self takes dedication to always being curious about who you are and what more you can uncover.
Your Higher Self will always direct you to your inner landscape. This is where all the wisdom is. And most of it can be felt within your body.
We don’t need to be fully healed to help others. The act of being courageous enough to heal yourself and be vulnerable enough for others to feel your authenticity, in itself, is an act of healing.
Remember to care for yourself.

We have another influx of solar flares coming in. Remember to honor your body for all the hard work it’s doing to integrate higher frequencies and DNA upgrades. Your body is such a gift. Treat it like a temple.
Books I’m Currently Reading
Books have always been my happy place. I think as a writer, it goes without saying that books help us stay inspired. I will periodically share what books I am reading that I think are worth mentioning.
I know that eventually I am meant to write a book. Why? Because it’s one of those things that keep coming up for me. I am working through various limiting beliefs that I have set up for my comfort and to avoid taking action. But I know that soon it will be time to take action.
