Meditation for Emotional Balance

If you feel lost, worried, or out of control... pause. Do this meditation with me.

This year is already looking to be a year filled with accelerated growth. With this growth will come challenges and maybe some pain. Sometimes, we need to feel discomfort in order to choose the light.

In fact, in every moment where we feel pain or sorrow, there is an opportunity to fill that part of us with light instead of reacting with negative emotions. Each time we choose light, we reveal more light within us, and therefore, we’re taken closer to our highest self-embodiment. Our divine, our creator… our source.

Everything is a test and every time you pass the test, you take a step closer to your greatest potential. This is the game — you are the main player in the game of life.

This year, I am practicing the art of not reacting — The art of the pause

  • Stillness

  • simplicity

  • certainty

These are my words for 2025.

With this work will come much effort to keep my emotions balanced and in check. And I highly recommend you practice this art as well. Non-reactive responses.

Because this year will test us in many ways.
