Hi, I’m Stephanie. Welcome to The Unfurling Rose!

The Unfurling Rose is all about getting into your body. I strive to empower lightworkers, healers, and empaths to step powerfully into their leadership. Through ancient wisdom delivered in a way that makes sense in the modern world, you will regain clarity, discover your truth, liberate yourself from matrix conditioning, spiritual abuse, and codependency, and reclaim your sovereign divinity.

The Unfurling Rose is a community for authentic expression and healing.

What Do I Teach and Write About?

My writing is intended to help you stay focused on your divinity. But most importantly, keeping it human. I aim to always remind you of how to ground your divinity into your body. How to be sovereign in your daily decision-making, how to recognize when you are not being sovereign, and how to move through life more effortlessly with daily rituals, health tips, breath practices, channeled journal prompts and more.

I write about how to embody abundance, self-love, self-compassion, and sovereignty. And I write many relatable stories because I believe that the very act of being human, in itself, is a spiritual revolution.

Let’s build bridges of light toward a bright future and a better world for our children and their children.

I am a Kundalini Yoga teacher and Ayurveda Health Coach, so I throw this wisdom in with the teachings of the Divine Feminine and Tantra, too.
