I find that when I uncover a new truth about myself, there is another layer that is usually wanting to be healed. We are so multidimensional, so many aspects of our WHOLE SELVES want to be acknowledged, blessed, released, or integrated from our divinity into form.
How can you commit this week to your personal healing and growth? What would it feel like to know in every moment that you are unconditionally loved?

Sacred Gathering!
This Week, on Friday we have our first monthly sacred gathering! If you are a paid subscriber, you’ll receive the Zoom link to join us on the day before.
I’ll start the gathering by blessing the space and invoking a Divine Feminine circle of empowerment so that we can feel the resonance of divine feminine Christ Consciousness permeating the space, blessing us, and expanding the growth and healing up ahead. We will network and get to know each other, state our intentions for the upcoming month of June, and infuse our intentions with the power of prayer.

PERSONAL GROWTH HACK
Consider your inputs and outputs in regard to energy this week. Carefully examine where your energy is going and what you’re allowing to come in. Oftentimes, if you feel drained at the end of the day, we can pinpoint it to the amount of internal conflict we are faced with daily.
Internal conflict is when you have a need or a desire that is not being fulfilled by your actions. We tend to have several needs that we try to fulfill in unhealthy ways that do not align with what we actually need.
How do you want to feel?
Here are some examples of inputs and outputs as well as how to ask ourselves the question: “How do I want to feel”, and actually determine what we REALLY need to fulfill that desire.
Inputs
Good or bad, all the things that you are taking in and filling you up throughout the day:
social media
writing on substack
news on the tv
news on the radio
courses you enrolled in
conversations you’re having (this is also an output)
yoga and exercise
meals
books
time with friends
walks in nature
meetings
There are many more. Keep in mind that this list will be super unique to you and will always be changing as you evolve. Also, some of these inputs are also outputs so once you’ve listed all your inputs and outputs, you can start breaking things down further.
Outputs
Good or bad, all the ways you extend your energy throughout the day like:
housework
Walking the dogs
Answering emails
writing on substack
errands
social gatherings
work
