First, I want to thank you all so much for your readership. It means the world to me to know that I am expressing myself authentically and being heard. My most important goal in life is to deeply impact people and offer them the space to create transformation in their lives.
I’m a Lifestyle Coach, practicing Ayurveda, NLP, EFT, and Kundalini yoga. Much of what I do is centered around understanding what our body and mind are telling us and getting us into our body so we can create from our full potential and experience our most fulfilling life in our Highest Self embodiment.
Regularly, I offer free and paid classes so you can experience the transformative power of your breath and the technology of your own powerful body.
